Luca Construct are a Perth based construction company with 40 years combined experience delivering quality developments in the commercial and residential sectors.
Luca Construct specialise in developments in the $1m to $6m range. We have a proven record for providing quality work in all construction capabilities and have extensive experience in custom client work, joint ventures, syndications, commercial developments and speculative developments.
We are a custom builder in the true sense, having never built the same design twice, The diverse nature of our developments means that we are able to adapt to different projects. We can pivot to the specific requirements of our clients as we have a small team of experienced professionals. Many of our projects are design and construct and we regularly collaborate with property owners to deliver quality projects. We have continued to evolve and innovate whilst responding to a changing market.
Being a family-run company, we understand the importance of getting the most out of our developments and ensuring a healthy return on the work we do, while still delivering the quality that our clients expect from us. This is why we are selective about the projects we undertake, as we never want to compromise the excellence that we have built our reputation on.
